Chicken with Green Chile Sour Cream Sauce

We made this chicken and rice dish for dinner this weekend. You can find the recipes for the Green Chile Sour Cream Sauce (found in the Enchiladas with Green Chile-Sour Cream Sauce), as well as the Santa Fe Lime Rice (we think it tastes better than Cafe Rio's rice!) in Liz Edmunds' cook book! It was delicious! The ultimate comfort food! And...we don't normally put this much butter on green beans...well, most the time.
